Advanced Practitioner / Team Manager
An exciting management opportunity has arisen in the Children’s with Disabilities service for someone committed to providing a comprehensive and effective social work service to children and young people with disabilities as we develop our 0-25 service and pathway.
We are seeking an experienced social worker to manage a team of social workers. This will include setting objectives, performance management and appraisals, as well as undertaking day to day management functions such as assigning tasks, overseeing caseloads and management capacity to ensure throughput of work.
To succeed you must be a qualified social worker with experience of managing and supervising staff a well as partnership working. You will be committed to developing service user focussed services and have excellent leadership skills as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and policy, as well as understanding of the 0-25 agenda.
