Customer Experience Apprentice - 18 months fixed term contract

Southwark Council’s Apprenticeship Programme will allow you to gain a professional level of practical skills with excellent on and off the job training. You will follow a course of study one day a week with a designated learning provider to attain a qualification that meets the requirements of National Occupational Standards at the required level.
You will work alongside our various teams playing an important role across a range of activities as well as being encouraged to work independently whilst always receiving appropriate guidance and mentoring.
To thrive in this role you will need to be flexible, passionate and keen to build a professional career. All we ask of is a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A to C including maths and English, and a genuine commitment to both the work and study programme.
