Engagement and Communications Officer
2 years fixed term contact
Southwark Council is committed to offering the best possible service delivery to its residents, as well as a high quality environment for the staff who deliver services. In order to achieve this ambition, staff and service users from housing solutions, education and children’s services, currently located across six sites, will come together under the new Queens Road 4 building. The Queens Road 4 will be designed to reflect new, modern ways of working which will then also be rolled out across all council buildings.
We are looking for an engagement and communications officer to support our engagement with service users, residents and staff around this exciting project.
Are you looking for a challenge and a chance to make a real difference to the lives of Southwark residents? Are you an experienced communications all-rounder, as adept at talking to residents as you are at engaging with staff? If so, this exciting two year fixed term role may be for you.
