Job Description

The South London Gallery is looking to recruit two new full-time assistants as part of a 12-month training programme for people beginning careers in the arts and cultural sector. This is an exciting time to join the SLG as we open new galleries, an education space, a communal kitchen and public archive in the former Peckham Road Fire Station.

The two candidates will benefit from practical work experience as well as an individually tailored training programme which will include external courses, one-to-one time with an industry mentor, membership of a peer support network, independent research time and a range of in house training opportunities.

The knowledge and experience and skills and attributes we are looking for in the successful candidate are listed in the person specification.
